$140 for the series, or $20 per class. (Pregistration for the series is preferred.)
Heidi Friederich is a long-time student of yoga, pholosophy, and the teachings of Thich Nhat Hanh. She completed the 200-hour teacher training program with Francois Raoult at Open Sky Yoga in Rochester, and she is certified to teach by the Yoga Alliance. She recently attended an intensive week-long retreat with Francois on the island of Lesbos, Greece. She teaches Iyengar-style yoga.
