TriYoga with Genevra Petito www.strengthandflow.com supergirlfitness@gmail.com or 585-747-9260 TriYoga is a complete and revolutionary method
founded by Kali Ray. It unites dynamic and sustained asana
(poses) with pranyama (breathwork) and mudra(gesture).
It is guided by kriyavati siddhikundalini-inspired yoga)
as it flows through Kaliji. TriYoga practices are grounded in the
traditions of ancient yoga and result in a greater flow of prana or
life force. This very practical method of increasing prana makes
the bodymind a fit instrument for meditation, removes obstacles in
daily life, and leads to self-realization through sat cit ananada
(existence, knowledge, bliss). TriYoga is also a meditative style of
movement, often called “relaxation in action". The practice
is systematized into seven levels, allowing students with different
degrees of experience to work together in one class. Excellent for beginners and experienced
yogis. Students are welcome to start midway through a
session.
