Are you looking to get fit and back in shape for 2010?
Are you interested in learning more about the workout programs you see on TV, such as P90X, Insanity, or Slim In 6?
Are you struggling with support and motivation to stay committed to your workouts and nutrition plan?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, come to the Rochester Fit Club's first workout. We will do a Level I and Level II Beachbody Program. Come for one, or stay for both. It's up to you.
This is not a competition. The Rochester Fit Club is about motivation, support and committment to living a healthier life. We will never judge, scrutinize or berate you. Listen to your body, go at your pace and take breaks when you need them.. Bring a water bottle and towel; bring workout shoes if you like -- no street shoes allowed for this workout -- bare feet okay!
Here's the schedule:
9:20-9:35 am Registration You'll be asked to sign a medical waiver, register for a free Team Beachbody account, and be assigned to a coach.
9:40-10:25 amLEVEL I Program: Power 90 Level 1-2, Ab Ripper 100. Level
I programs are Power 90, Slim in 6, Turbo Jam, Hip Hop Abs, Rev Abs or
Shakeology. These programs are for beginners to intermediate who are
looking to lose weight, get back in shape and build a solid foundation
of fitness.
10:25-10:30 amRegistration for people coming just for LEVEL II
10:30-11:30 amLEVEL II: Workout details vary based on number of participants and perceived level of fitness. Level
II programs are P90X, P90X+, Insanity, ChaLEAN Extreme, or Tony Horton
1-on-1. These programs are for intermediate to advanced levels and designed to help the person with some level of
fitness achieve more.
