Visceral Motion Technique: Movement for Performance & Life with Richard Haisma and members of GEOMANTICS Dance Theatre
Fridays, 6:15-7:45 pm All levels from beginning to advanced. These new classes are designed for the amateur as well as the professional mover. Each class is organized around a specific theme in space, time, energy or visceral connectivity. This theme is explored with simple yet deeply effective exercises, in both floor work and standing. Improvisation is employed to promote the unique choices and style of the individual. Each class is completed with the communal dancing of phrases adjusted to the level of the beginner or the advanced.
