There is a world of
life and intelligence within the body. It is part of nature,
and of the universe.
To enter this world requires only desire. To
explore it requires attention, foremost. To understand it, a guide may
be helpful.
Movement holds a mirror to the psyche: it reflects inner and outer life issues, and if one is so inclined, it becomes a path toward wholeness. The following classes explore a new paradigm of movement, drawing on the work of Emilie Conrad, Susan Harper,Deborah Raoult, and others. This work offers as much to beginners as to persons experienced in yoga, dance, sports, or martial arts. Widely practiced by Rolfers, it is ideal for body workers, promoting career longevity as well as the visceral experience of tissue structure and character.
