$140 for 8-week series, which includes mp3 downloads to integrate the class into your daily life.

*NEW* Saturdays, 1:30-4:30 pm
$140 for three Saturdays over 8 weeks, or $55 per session.

Whether you are an experienced meditator or a beginner who aspires to have a consistent practice, these classes will support you in present moment attention. Through Mindfulness Meditation and Embodiment of your Living Anatomy, you will interrupt habitual stress patterns and discover fresh possibilities for perception, movement, communication, and rest within your busy life ... both on and off the cushion.
