Jan
Cook, Ms.Ed., is a Registered Somatic Educator
& Therapist, Body Mind Centering® Practitioner, and Dharma Teacher. Her
professional practice, Living and Working Well, integrates state-of-the-art
leadership and personal coaching with the wisdom of embodiment
